The REVAS® Dual Lumen Cannula is especially designed for the simultaneous drainage and recirculation for Veno-Venous ECMO application from only one base point.
The REVAS® Dual Lumen Cannula is inserted via the Vena Jugularis to the Vena Cava Inferior. Venous blood is aspirated in the Vena Cava Inferior and is then conducted to the ECMO.
The O2-enriched blood is conducted back to the heart and the circulatory system via the arterial port of the cannula.
